This modern specialist Palliative Care Unit provides care for up to 120 people each week through In-patient, Day Hospice and Care at Home services. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, committed individual to join our multi-disciplinary team.
Spiritual Care Advisor
(35 hrs per week)
As a member of the Support Services Team the post holder will be pro-active in attending to the complex spiritual and religious needs of all patients, families and carers ensuring that all care is patient led and focused on the needs of the individual. Applicants will hold a recognised theological degree, and have a relevant qualification in advanced communication skills. Proven experience and a flexible approach to working hours are essential as is a keen interest in Palliative Care.
